The Second International Conference on Computer Science, Engineering and Education Applications (ICCSEEA2019) 26-27 January 2019, Kiev, Ukraine The Second International Conference on Computer Science, Engineering and Education Applications (ICCSEEA2019) will be held on 26-27 January 2019 in Kiev, Ukraine. The conference is organized jointly by National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and the International Research Association of Modern Education and Computer Science (RAMECS). The ICCSEEA2018 will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific Nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Computer Science, Engineering and Education Applications. The organization of such conference is one of examples of growing Ukraine-Chinese cooperation in different fields of science and education.
